changes in the petroleum and convenience store business and knows that you need to be a leader in innovation and change. Having
been involved in many organizations and seminars, he is a member of a study group of contemporaries. He looks forward to future

Bill Brewer, Co-owner, a graduate of East Carolina University came to Brewer Oil and subsequently Brewer-Hendley Oil Company from the Monroe business sector. While
working closely with Co-Owner John Hendley on all facets of the business, he is primarily responsible for the day to day operations
of the business. |

Nance Hendley has been with Brewer Hendley over a year, coming from an insurance company where he was in the top 10% of their sales
force for eight years. He is currently with the Commercial Fueling division. |

Buddy Brewer, a graduate of East Carolina University, developed the format for the convenience stores and is in charge of growth and
operations of this integral part of our operation. |

John Valeri joined Market Express in 1999, bringing with him experience in the grocery store, soft drink and construction industries.
He currently oversees the operation of eight locations, as well as assisting with the design and supervision of new store construction.
He is also the buyer for groceries, beer, soft drinks and other items. John continues to broaden his knowledge by participating in numerous
trade shows, seminars and industry-related events that further strengthen his management skills. |

Pat O'Hagan, CFO, is responsible for financial oversight of the Brewer Hendley family of companies, and is a graduate of the University of Michigan
and University of Detroit Mercy (MBA). He holds certifications as a CPA, CMA, and CFM, and has industry backgrounds in distribution, manufacturing
and consulting, and has held prior roles in sales, operations and finance to facilitate his career development. |

Donald E. Meadows, Corporate Controller - Don attended Jefferson School of Commerce, Vincennes University, and Missouri Southern
College. He has attended many financial seminars during his career. He has been in the accounting field for over 45 years. His
responsibilities include the accounting function for five corporations. |

Bill Heath came to work with Brewer Hendley from a family owned business. After working with us in several capacities, Bill is now handling
all aspects of our lubricants division. In 2 years he has more than
quadrupled the gallons sold, manages a sales staff of 7, opened a new bulk facility in South Carolina and is in the process of opening a second South
Carolina location. |
